Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

A provisional booking may be made by telephone or email. It will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit or full payment.

The deposit payable is 30% of the booking total.

The booking will be confirmed in writing within 7 days of receiving your deposit. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Once the booking has been confirmed the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the full rental amount due.

Clients may check into the property after 4pm on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged and agreed.

Six weeks prior to your holiday start date please pay the remaining balance. If no payment has been received by 4 weeks before the holiday start date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will be lost.

It is a condition of any booking that the client and all members of his or her party are covered by adequate Holiday Insurance. The owner of the rental property will not be liable for loss, damage or personal injury arising in connection with any matters outside our reasonable control.

Please confirm on booking whether you require a double or twin beds.

Only the persons named on the booking form are authorized to use the property. We reserve the right to evict any person unauthorized, staying in the property.

There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the property.
